than ten years, it' s effectiveness is not ducky .The governments, the enterprises and the
individuals, the three sides related to this system have not taken the benefits from the
present o rder .Are the problems in the field of social security related to contrivance of the
o rder or to practical operation ? Are the problems in the basic thoughts or in the concrete
methods ? After answ er the above tw o problems, the team of the project has made a new
plan of the reform ,Basic-concordancy Social Security System . |
