制度环境、工作模式与艺术生产——上海A电影厂的艺术兴衰史

摘要: 基于贝克尔的“艺术集体行动”理论,本文从宏观制度环境和微观工作模式两个层面探讨了上海A电影厂的艺术生产变化,试图回应艺术社会学的重要议题——社会经济结构与艺术生产之间的关系。研究发现,在国家强力控制的“黄金时期”,稳定的资源保障和艺术惯例共识塑造了共同体内的集体行动,促使创新大量发生;改革后,原有国家支持体系逐步消失,分裂的工作模式导致艺术共同体逐渐瓦解。上海A电影厂在向现代文化产业的转型过程中,艺术创作随之失去特色而流于平庸。
英文摘要:

Based on Howard S. Becker’s idea of “art as collective action”, this paper discusses the changes in art production of Shanghai Animation Film Studio from the perspectives of institutional environment and operating mode. It aims to respond to the important question in the sociology of art, namely, the relationship between social economic structure and artistic production. It is found that, in the “golden era” when state control posed strong restrictions, sufficient resources, artistic convention and consensus molded the collective action in the community and gave rise to a great deal of innovation. After the Reform and Opening-up, the original supporting system for art production gradually perished, and the disruptive work mode resulted in the shattering of the artistic community. In the transformation to modern cultural industry, the art creation of Shanghai Animation Film Studio gradually lost its distinguishing features and became mediocre.
