技术变迁视角下的劳动过程研究——以互联网虚拟团队为例
| 英文标题： | The Labour Process Study from the Technology Transition Perspective: A case study of the Internet Virtual Team |
| 摘要： | 本文首先梳理了劳动过程理论发展的脉络，以技术、意识形态为线索呈现了已有的研究框架。继而通过对互联网虚拟团队劳动过程的经验研究，提出在“横虚纵实”的组织中所实践的虚拟团队劳动过程存在双重矛盾：既存在作为虚拟团队的文化基础的，体现为平等、自由与合作的工程师文化，也存在以个体利益为先以及等级制特征的科层制管理,二者导致了虚拟团队劳动中的合作与分化。从本质上看，这是企业为获得剩余价值对技术文化和管理控制综合统筹的妥协性制度安排，其中互联网技术文化在双重矛盾的劳动过程建构中具有重要的作用。基于以上讨论，本文最后从理论层面尝试提出以技术变迁为分析核心的、适应互联网技术条件下劳动过程研究的新框架。 |
| 英文摘要： | In the studies of labour process theory, technology and ideology are isolated areas. However, the construct of the internet labour process challenges the existing research framework. There are dual-contradictions in the labour process of E-company. One contradiction is between the cultures of engineers and the bureaucracy, whereas the other is the cooperation and disintegration during the virtual team work. The dual-contradictions point out that the culture of technology is the key variable in the construction for labour process. By analyzing empirical research on the internet virtual team work and the labour process theory, this paper constructs a new research framework which focuses on the technology transition, and suitable for labour studies in the network society. |
