超越进化的发展——“十二五”时期中国经济和社会发展回眸与思考

| 摘要： | “十二五”时期，中国经济发展进入新常态。本文从发展社会学的视角，直观地刻画了中国经济和社会发展的特点，描述了“进化”与“超越进化”在经验层次上的区别；进而在概念层次上阐述了传统性、现代性与后现代性，连续性与非连续性，普遍性与特殊性，时空压缩与时空延伸的结合和统一，并由此论述了“十二五”时期之所以能够实现“超越进化的发展”的原因和机理。 |
| 英文摘要： | China enters the stage of “new normal” during the 12th Five-Year Plan(2011-2015).This article portrays the characteristics of socio-economic development in China from the perspective of development sociology by comparing “evolution” with “surmounting evolution”.At the conceptual level, it explains the unification between tradition, modernity and post-modernity, continuity and discontinuity, universalism and particularism, as well as space-time compression and space-time extension. Furthermore, this article elaborates the reasons and the mechanisms of how China achieved “development surmounting evolution”. |
