| 英文摘要： | The Contingent of Chinese entrepreneur has gone through a way of complications in the ninety . The degree of education and the administrative levels of academy have been improved largely , and the Contingent of entrepreneur has got into the construction of high academy .Furthermore , the consciousness of profession has matured slonly , and the behavior of profession has tended towards rationalization .But the quality of entrepreneur is still not improved much relatively .The ability of policy decision making of specialized newtrails tumed even lower, the direction of professional behavior needs to have common standards, the conflict of professional behavior is still general . |
