| 英文摘要： | This article , based on the archives of the village-town autonomy in Jiaxing of Zhejiang province , renders a study of the operation of the village-town administration and the changes between the government and the society during the period of the Republican China.In 1946 , the national power had reached the villages and towns effectively .The village-town administration had already had its autonomy privilege , which was given by the village-town people' s congress .Though the village-town people' s congress made the populace had the chance to take part in the local politics, this local practice of autonomy couldn' t lead to a new political revolution . |
