老年人日常生活照料资源与社区助老服务的发展

| 英文摘要： | The paper examines and analyses the care resources of the depended aged in Beijing . Within traditional culture and present socio-economic system, the family members are the basic care provider for the aged who are in demand for real care in their lives, while the community-based care services only play a minor role in their lives of the aged .Therefore , the author suggests that community-based care for the aged should be developed with the orientation of supplementary care services for the family members with the aged , providing assistance and encouraging the family members to be responsible for caring for the aged , that is, to satisfy the caring demand of the aged through helping the family members . |
