Professor Fei Xiao-tong is one of the world famous Chinese sociologists due to his socioanthropology community studies on civilized nation .Culture theory is one major part of his community studies .This article draws the theoretically origins of his culture theory which was based on Malinovskis functionalism and dynamics culture theory .His “diversified origins with one core ” theory is not only identified significantly in Chinese nation history , but also useful to explain the trend of the worlds culture phenomena in the process of globalization .The Chinese culture and all other nationscultures need to be re-identified through cross-culture communication and self-consciousness to learn to tolerate and admire each other in order to create general common consensus of the world .All nations holding their own culture characteristics can exist peacefully with the general common consensus as the global culture roots .
