制度信任的形成过程——以新型农村合作医疗制度为例

| 摘要： | 本文以制度作为信任对象,通过对信任的相关研究回顾,梳理出制度信任从宏观到微观形成过程的研究范式,并以新型农村合作医疗为例演绎了这个范式。作者认为,将制度信任作为过程理解意味着,一方面,从制度信任的形成机制看,信任是一种从宏观到微观、从心理到行为的过程;另一方面,就具体制度而言,制度环境是制度信任形成的最终决定因素,制度环境不断变化,因而制度受众的信任态度和行为也处于变化过程中。 |
| 英文摘要： | Through reviewing literature of trust study , this paper developes a paradigm to analyze the formation process of institutional trust .The author argues that understanding the institutional trust in a procedural way has two meanings.On one hand, the formation of institutional trust is a process which begins from institutional environment to individual behavior , from attitude to action .On the other hand, as institutional environment, which is the final decisive explanation of institutional trust , is in the process of changing , the institutional trust is certainly changing with the institutional environment. |
