行政权力的生产与再生产——以上海市J居委会直选过程为个案

| 摘要： | 随着中国社会的急剧变化,各种社会权力的生长及其自主性的发育,引发了行政权力生产与再生产方式的变化和调整。行政权力在行政组织内的再生产与延伸至社会领域的再生产,在所依赖的资源、行动的策略及权力运作的机制等方面皆出现了很大的差异。本文以2003年上海市J居委会直选为案例,结合2006年和2009年直选的调研,从城市社区权力运作的具体实践层面观察、分析,以揭示行政权力是借助哪些资源、通过怎样的行动策略重构城市社区权力关系,并完成在社会领域的生产与再生产的。 |
| 英文摘要： | With the rapid changes in Chinese society，the development of a variety of social power and its autonomy has led to the change of the mode of production and reproduction of political power． The reproduction of political power takes place not only in political organization，but also extends to the reproduction of the social sphere． This paper，based on the case of a neighborhood election in Shanghai in 2003，explores the power operation mechanism in practice，its acting strategy to reconstruct power relations，and its production and reproduction in social sphere． |
