空间治理是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。本文引入尺度重构概念，从空间尺度、关系尺度和治理尺度三个维度展开尺度重构内容和过程的分析。基于对C市2003—2021年实践的分析，本文提出，城市空间治理涉及行政边界与空间结构、权力关系与组织机构，以及协调机制和治理方式的尺度重构，这是国家空间战略布局、治理模式转型和多主体互动博弈的结果。本研究在理论层面上丰富了对空间治理的理解，对于完善尺度重构的中国知识图谱也具有积极意义。

Spatial governance constitutes a crucial component of the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity. This paper introduces the concept of rescaling, analyzing its content and process through three dimensions: spatial scale, relational scale and governance scale. Based on the practice analysis of City C from 2003 to 2021, it is proposed that urban spatial governance involves the rescaling in administrative boundaries and spatial structures, power relations and organizational institutions, as well as coordination mechanisms and governance approaches, and it emerges as the outcome of three interactive processes: national spatial strategic planning, transformation of governance models, and multi-agent gaming. This study enriches the theoretical perspectives of spatial governance studies, while also contributing to the development of a China-specific knowledge map regarding rescaling.
