数字技术改变了社会连接的方式，隐私确权成为难题。本文通过考察网络相亲中的隐私规范及其生成逻辑,探讨隐私权所依托的社群关系及其关系伦理。研究发现，在隐私确权的过程中，平台和用户塑造出两种彼此冲突的隐私观，分别是侧重集体安全、强调信息披露的“义务”，以及侧重个人自由、强调信息支配的“自主”。平台通过空间叠加和道德舆论来强化信息识别，用户则通过空间划界和法律动员来弱化信息传播。个人信息通过社群关系形成了“隐”与“显”、“私”与“公”的区分标准，让信息流通的场景性规范成为可能，但社群的自组织属性也造成了隐私权救济的脆弱。

Digital technology has transformed the way of social connection, making the establishment of privacy rights a challenging issue. By investigating the privacy norms and the underlying logic of their production in online matchmaking, this paper explores the community relationships and relational ethics that underpin privacy rights. This paper finds that in the process of establishing privacy rights, the platform and users have formulated two conflicting views on privacy: "obligation"that focuses on collective security and emphasizes information disclosure and "autonomy"that focuses on individual freedom and emphasizes information control. The platform strengthens information identification by utilizing spatial superposition and moral public opinion, while users weaken information dissemination through spatial delimitation and legal mobilization. Personal information forms the distinction standards of "hidden and visible" and" private and public" through community relationships, enabling the situational norms for information flow. However, the self-organizing nature of the community also leads to the vulnerability of privacy rights relief.
